SVD FEGate is an outstanding FEA pre & post processor specialized in automotive NVH analysis. The program has been developed based on years of experience in work with the automotive industry, and now becomes a trendsetting tool in South Korea for NVH analysis. Automated Welding Tools for Mesh-Independent Weld

  • FEGate provides fully automated welding process for multi panel connection. The program recognizes CAD geometric weld markers and automatically converts them into anchor nodes for auto welding process. (CAD conversion is customizable)
  • Also support automatic welding point generation without CAD data for concept design stage by recognizing weldable areas along edges
  • Generate various types of weld element (CWELD, FASTENER, CDH spot, RSM, 1D, RBE2, Seam weld…) and extract anchor information from these types of weld element for welding concept change or regeneration
  • Support intuitional visualization of anchor node welding condition - color change and display filter by weld state / # layer / check status
  • Post processor displays anchor node contour for weld element strain/stress visualization.
  • Display mesh-free weld element as cylindrical shape and redundant plot element is not needed to recognize the relation between patches and weld element

Subsystem Integration Tools for Full Vehicle Analysis

  • Connector manager enables users to investigate and to build complex connection with intuitive and visual way.
  • File id manager controls numbering range of sub-system consisting multiple include files. Numbering system tool allows engineers to modify or add entities in sub-system with keeping controlled numbering range by the include file unit.
